About this coffee
An organic natural from the Danche washing station in Chelbesa, Gedeo, run by SNAP Coffee and supplied by close to 400 smallholders; fertile soils and a late harvest give slow-ripened cherries. Soft and floral with raspberry, rose and peach and a creamy body. A seasonal Café éphémère, roasted for filter.
