Mori Farm is a fine-Robusta pioneer on basalt soil. Five days of dry fermentation, then a co-ferment with local herbs and essential oils; the beans are frozen for a month to stabilise the aromatics before a final slow dry. Aromatic and cooling, clean and very sweet.
Jackfruit · Grapes · Cacao nibs

A natural Robusta co-fermented with kefir cultures at Mori Farm in Bàu Cạn, Chư Prông, one of Southeast Asia's most awarded fine-Robusta farms. Ripe-cherry selection and controlled fermentation bring both structure and clarity.
Dried tropical fruit · Cacao nibs · Caramel · Butter

A limited seasonal release: the beans rest in water steeped with local organic lavender for 100 hours in a controlled washed process. Soft florals rather than perfume, then sweet potato and a warm cinnamon-bun finish.
Lavender · Sweet potato · Cinnamon bun

A natural Arabica from Zanya Coffee in the Langbiang foothills, where a cool climate and volcanic soil suit quality-driven farming.
Cranberry · Dark beer · Lime cordial

A delicate pink-honey Arabica from Zanya Farm, made for pour-over: high sweetness, light fruit and a clean, silky finish.
Green apple · Mixed berries · Bright acidity
