A light-roast single-origin organic and Fair Trade certified coffee from the Homa cooperative in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia — a region known for high-quality arabica grown in fertile volcanic soil under forest shade. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, pulped mechanically at the Sharan washing station, fermented 36–72 hours, washed, and sun-dried on raised beds for 7–15 days across 400+ drying tables.
