A long-term exclusive project with Felipe Croce at Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza, selecting and replanting the best-performing seedlings over multiple harvests.

Grown by Ary Solís at 1,780m in Filo Chirrulco, San Agustín, on steep loamy clay soils influenced by volcanic ash.

Thunguri Factory has operated since 1962, part of the Kibirigwi Farmers' Cooperative Society, receiving cherries from over 1,000 smallholder farmers.
