Founded in 2007 by Peter Dupont, Casper Engel Rasmussen and World Barista Champion Klaus Thomsen. Coffee Collective trades directly with farmers, paying far above market price to reward exceptional quality and invest in producer livelihoods. B Corp certified, they roast daily in Frederiksberg and run nine coffee shops and a bakery across Copenhagen and Aarhus, all built around full transparency of sourcing and pricing.
