One of Berlin's longest-running specialty roasteries, hand-roasting single-origin coffee in Prenzlauer Berg since 2010 — known for its Myanmar lots. The Raumerstraße roastery doubles as Café Pakolat, a bakery-café; a second shop on Senefelder Straße sells coffee, tea and fine chocolates.
