About this coffee
85% washed, dry-fermented Catimor from The Lady Coffee farm and washing station in Ywa Ngan, Myanmar, run by Su Nandar Linn and Thiha Gyawalie, who pay neighbouring farmers twice (once at harvest, again with a bonus after export). The other 15% is a rare anaerobic natural robusta from Yellikodige Coffee Estate in Karnataka. Clean and fresh, with mild apple, grape and crème-caramel sweetness.
