About this coffee
From the Flor del Café San Martineca cooperative in Chimaltenango, where coffee has grown on clay soils at about 1,700 m for more than 200 years. The smallholders shade it with avocado, plum and plantain trees and make their own compost from goat manure and coffee pulp; the green coffee is certified organic. A washed Typica and Bourbon with chocolate, honey and apple.
