A limited release blind-cupped with South East London food writer Ben Lippett: the Buena Vista microlot from the top of the Salaverria family's Molino farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec range. Warming and chocolatey, great on espresso and with milk. Via DRWakefield.
Cherry · Milk chocolate · Caramel

Elsewhere's house coffee, sourced directly from Mió in Minas Gerais, who use on-farm field data for precision agriculture, keeping efficiency and sustainability (environmental, social and economic) at the centre. A balanced daily driver. 1-star Great Taste Award 2026.
Chocolate · Caramel · Almonds · Red berries

A collaboration with SLOP Magazine's Forest Issue: a micro-lot from the Atlantic Forest biome by Mió. Cherries, about half of them overripe, are piled into covered mounds ("volcanoes") and fermented 72 hours with Saccharomyces cerevisiae, giving a creamy cup with delicate acidity and a caramel finish.
Pear · Plum · Caramel

Elsewhere's rotating juicy house coffee, currently from family farms in Planadas, Tolima, some from local Indigenous communities who have worked with nearby cooperatives to refine picking and natural processing. Hand-picked, sorted and sun-dried on raised beds; 100% Caturra.
Cacao nibs · Red fruits · Chocolate

From Jairo Arcila, a third-generation Quindío grower who was mill manager at Colombia's second-largest exporter for over 40 years. A 48-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with mango pulp, then fully washed with water filtered through vetiver beds and dried on raised beds.
Mango yoghurt · Honey

The house decaf, from smallholders in Alto Paranaíba, processed in Varginha and decaffeinated in Bremen with the sugar-cane (ethyl acetate) method. Buttery caramel, roasted pecans and smooth chocolate with a warm, lingering sweetness.
Chocolate · Caramel · Pecan

From Chelbesa washing station in Gedeb, where smallholders pick only fully ripe cherry and deliver it within 40 minutes. Pulped and density-graded, fermented 72 hours, soaked, rinsed and dried slowly over ten days. Via Nordic Approach. Bright and floral: grapefruit, hibiscus and a hint of white tea.
Grapefruit · Hibiscus · White tea

From Mario Usiel's farm near Buenavista Loxicha. At these lower altitudes washed coffees can struggle, so young producers like Mario are turning to carefully managed naturals. Juicy plum and nectarine, velvety body and caramel sweetness. Via Raw Material.
