Paper Mill Coffee is a specialty roastery in Tallinn, roasting single origins and espresso blends at its flagship on Masina Street — the former fire station of the city’s old Cellulose and Paper Factory. Alongside the roastery café it runs a bakery-café in the Volta quarter and a counter in the Viru Keskus food hall, and sells beans through its web shop.
