About this coffee
From Eudis Orosco and his wife Victoria Atao, members of the Incahuasi cooperative in Peru, who farm under old forest shade and plant and harvest by the moon in the Inca tradition. Typica and Bourbon are picked separately and blended for their similar profile. Washed: green apple, orange and berry jam.
