About this coffee

A limited Geisha lot from Victoria Atao, who farms with her husband Eudis Orosco as members of Peru's Incahuasi cooperative. The couple keep most of the old forest for shade and follow traditional Inca agroforestry; each leads one of their two Geisha plots, and Victoria's style gives the cleaner, crisper cup. Pulped cherries ferment 36 hours dry in their own mucilage, are fully washed and dried on raised beds. Crisp and juicy, with tropical fruit.
