Notes Coffee Roasters
London & Reading, UK
Notes was founded in 2010 by Robert Robinson and Fabio Ferreira, who met in Victoria, London in 2008 when Robinson was serving coffee from a cart. In 2010 the pair opened Notes' first bricks-and-mortar coffee shop on St Martin's Lane near Trafalgar Square. Since then, Master Roaster Fabio has built close relationships with sustainable coffee producers worldwide, small-batch roasting single-origin coffee at the East London roastery. Notes has grown into a chain of London and Reading coffee bars serving specialty coffee alongside craft beer, curated wine, classic cocktails and seasonally-inspired food. Source: notescoffee.com
