About this coffee

A regional lot from Gitoki in eastern Rwanda, where smallholders grow coffee alongside other crops with training and seedlings from Baho Coffee. A 60-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks, then hand-sorting and slow drying on raised beds, gives a creamy, very sweet cup.
