About this coffee
This lot comes from the Masha Washing Station in Kayanza, where more than 3,200 smallholder farmers contribute freshly harvested cherries throughout the harvest season. Most producers in this region cultivate only a fraction of a hectare of land, often relying on coffee as their primary source of income. While each farm may be small, together they create coffees that beautifully reflect the character of the surrounding landscape. The station takes its name from the Masha sub-hill, a region historically known for its cattle herds long before it became known for coffee.
