About this coffee
From Costa Rica’s renowned West Valley, this exceptional microlot comes from Cerro San Luis Micromill, a family-run operation owned and managed by siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado and their families. The Delgado family has built Cerro San Luis around careful lot separation, diverse coffee varieties, and meticulous processing. Their farms are planted with an impressive range of cultivars, including Caturra, Bourbon, Villa Sarchi, Maragogype, and the celebrated Kenyan variety SL-28.
