About this coffee
A black-honey SL28 from Diego Baraona at Los Pirineos on the Tecapa-Chinameca volcano in Usulután, at 1,600 m. The Kenyan SL28 is an unusual variety for El Salvador, but it performs very well here: a berry-like front with lively acidity, praline and milk-chocolate sweetness and a complex aroma. Imported by Ally Coffee and roasted, like all Frukt coffees, for both filter and espresso.
