About this coffee
A Colombian espresso coffee pooling around 85 smallholders from Piendamó, Cajibío and Morales in Cauca, at 1,900 m. Fully washed after a 16–19 hour fermentation and dried for about ten days in solar tunnels. Each kilo sold puts €0.50 into a Gender & Inclusion programme that trains ten young Colombian women in leadership, finance and food security and gives them start-up capital.
