A Limited Edition Ají Bourbon from Alexander Hernandez and Leidy Johana Vargas's farm in Pitalito, in southern Huila, at 1,700 m. Natural-processed and dried in a greenhouse for 18 days, roasted for filter and scored 86.75 on the SCA protocol. Cherry and red apple with milk chocolate. Only 480 bags.
