About this coffee

From Finca Los Azacuanes, a 20-hectare farm in Ahuachapán, north-west El Salvador near the Guatemalan border, run since 2013 by Carlos Méndez Flores. About 20,000 trees of Pacamara, Bourbon and Cuscatleco grow under native shade, with an emphasis on conservation and local wildlife. An anaerobic natural Pacamara roasted light: blueberry and strawberry with honeyed sweetness and a medium body.
