About this coffee

A blend built for bean-to-cup machines: 70% natural Catuaí from Paula Santini's Sítio Estrela in Sul de Minas for chocolate, softness and body, and 30% washed coffee from Jorge Rojas's Finca La Roca in Tolima for fruit clarity and mild acidity. Seekind's darkest roast: dark chocolate, a creamy body and a round, full finish, made for café crème and milk drinks. Seekind publishes the farmgate prices it pays both producers.
