About this coffee
A washed everyday lot from Jorge Elías Rojas, who took over Finca La Roca in Planadas, Tolima at age 12 and now experiments with anaerobic and honey ferments — a World Coffee Challenge (Madrid) winner. Light, elegant and easy-drinking. Farmgate around €7.50/kg.
