Ravensburg, Germany

Follow

Specialty coffee roastery in Ravensburg, in Germany’s Lake Constance region, run by Levi and André Kirberg — the latter a two-time SCA German Coffee Roasting Champion (2022 and 2023). It grew out of the Gartencafé in Ravensburg. Seekind buys only from green-coffee importers built on organic farming, fair prices and close producer contact — what they call "relationship coffee" — and roasts each lot until its origin comes through. Sustainability runs through the business, from CO₂-neutral shipping to a leased one-hectare agroforestry plot in Brazil and published green-coffee purchasing transparency.
