Introducing Sweet Pea, a natural process Ethiopian coffee from Halo Beriti washing station. Serving 750 smallholder producers to hand-sort and prepare coffee, ensuring that only perfect coffee makes it into the bags. With the special prep (what the producers generally call “Premium” in Ethiopia) the cherries are collected from a limited number of small-holder farmers.
