About this coffee
From a drying station in Banko Gotiti, Gedeb, rented and run exclusively by Ephtah Specialty Coffee. Cherries from nearby farmers growing under false banana shade are floated, dried on raised beds for 12–15 days and hand-picked by local women. Juicy mandarin and yellow peach with orange blossom and tropical mango.
