Fazenda Inglaterra's pick-of-harvest lot, the one the farm selects for Cup of Excellence entry: a natural Yellow Bourbon from Mercanta founder Stephen Hurst. Sweet apricot and crisp white grape, then silky cream into milk chocolate and a sprinkle of almonds on the finish.
