About this coffee
Grown at 1,650 meters in Santa Barbara, Honduras, this Pacas lot is processed using a washed method. After depulping, the coffee undergoes a 24-hour dry fermentation in concrete tanks before being washed and dried on raised beds inside a greenhouse.
