About this coffee

From Rancho Grande, where coffee began in 1933 when Aneite Reis inherited 5 hectares; his son José Carlos and grandson Flávio run it today, with housing and subsidised food for resident staff. "Static box" is a slow, oxygen-free fermentation of whole cherry that builds a longer-lasting acidity in a lower-grown Brazilian natural.
