About this coffee
From Antonio Gonzalez's 16-hectare farm La Nueva Montaña, grown under inga, grevillea and avocado shade. Making naturals and honeys earns him more, so he can pay better wages and help neighbouring producers who can't afford inputs. Cherries are floated, then dried in shade on raised beds for 18–22 days.
