About this coffee

From Fazenda Vereda, planted in 1987 by David Ottoni, first president of the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association, and now run by his third son Carlos. Cherries are water-sorted for even ripeness. Arara, a natural Catuai × Obatã cross, ripens about two months later than most Brazilian varieties. A gentle cinnamon aroma, coconut sweetness and a maple-syrup mouthfeel.
