Finca La Fuente's inaugural Sidra release — only 150kg produced. Grown organically and biodynamically by Yobani Ramos and Yaved Guarnizo, whose renovated tiled fermentation tanks and shade-covered drying beds enable controlled, slow processing at altitude.
