About this coffee
A natural Topázio peaberry selection from Guilherme Pereira Bemfica's Fazenda Santa Martha near Araxá, sourced via Xiorxios. The dense, round peaberries needed a slower drum speed to develop evenly: sweet, creamy and full-bodied, black or with milk.
