About this coffee

A red-honey heirloom lot from producer Kebir in Shakiso, Guji, at about 2,150 m, sourced through ETOP; Kebir took second place in AFCA's Taste of Harvest with another of his lots. Cherries are pulped on harvest day and the beans ferment with their mucilage for 10–14 days in small pyramid-shaped piles before being washed and dried on African beds for another 10–14 days. Succulent and sweet: ripe persimmon, pineapple and elderflower. Sold in 200 g bags.
