About this coffee
A Grade 1 natural from Dumerso, a Yirgacheffe washing station revived by sisters Hirut and Mahder Berhanu into a source of consistently high-scoring naturals. Ripe cherry is dried slowly on raised beds, turned often and shielded from midday heat and cool nights.
