About this coffee
The 15th of Heilandt's FETTE PALETTE releases: a funky-clean, fruity Chiroso from Edinson Argote's 18-hectare Quebraditas farm in Huila, where he and partner Angela Rojas process cherries in 80-100 kg batches to control each fermentation precisely. Juicy and sweet with peach iced tea, lime and apricot jam.
