About this coffee
A balanced natural microlot from Benancio Chávez Montejo, a member of the young Siprocafé cooperative founded in 2021 by eight farmers on the Guatemala-Mexico border. The field blend of Caturra, Mundo Novo and Catimor and a long fermentation give red fruit, a round texture and lots of sweetness: ripe cherry, nougat and a lactic touch as espresso.
