About this coffee
An organic washed coffee from the CAPUCAS cooperative in Copán, at the foot of the Celaque mountains near the Guatemalan border. Benson roasts it a little darker than its Corral Grande, for a fuller body and less fruit: macadamia, prune and cocoa.
