About this coffee
Grown by the Nova cooperative on volcanic soil in Rwanda's Northern Province, near Lake Muhazi, and hand-harvested between March and June. Elastic, fine-textured crema, dried-plum aroma, milk chocolate and dehydrated cherry sweetness, dense and syrupy.
