Whow, was für ein genialer Kaffee! Aus Äthiopien kommen viele sehr hochwertige Kaffees. Wir haben uns für einen fully washed Sidamo grade 2 entschieden. Dieser Kaffee ist sehr anspruchsvoll. Wurde er gut bearbeitet und zubereitet, wird man mit feinen Gewürznoten und einer ausgewogenen Säure und Süße belohnt.
