Huai Mae Liam is a coffee-producing village in Thailand whose coffees have historically been marketed under the names of more widely recognized villages, such as Doi Chang and Doi Pangkhon. By highlighting Huai Mae Liam by name, this coffee helps bring greater recognition to the farmers and community behind the cup. This lot comes from the farm of Asor Merlaeku, a skilled and innovative 40-year-old farmer.
