About this coffee
LIGHT ROAST Nectarine | Apricot | Milk Chocolate | Creamy | Juicy Chiroso is a rare high altitude Colombian coffee variety know for its intense sweet, floral, and citrus profile, similar to Gesha. Chiroso is a unique and mysterious variety originating from Ethiopia, yet still unknown how it ended up in Antioquia. This lot is quite different from our other current Ruby Reserves. We taste stone fruits like peach, nectarine & apricots and the natural processing is not overwhelming.
