About this coffee
We are delighted to offer this new decaf. Certified organically grown and processed using the Swiss Water decaffeinated process. Peru's rich coffee culture is deeply rooted in cooperative structures, particularly for small farms. A prime illustration is Cooperativa Agraria Selva Andina (Selva Andina), an association of 497 dedicated coffee producers located throughout Jean, Cajamarca and in the Amazonas.
