About this coffee
This year's autumn espresso, grown by young farmer César Pérez Delgado on Finca La Mina in the hills above Moyobamba. The trees grow under natural rainforest shade in mineral-rich clay soil, and César handpicks, processes and dries the lot on the farm. Sweet and rich — chocolate, red berries and dried fruit.
