Apollon's Gold has been the exclusive buyer of La Isla's ETH47 lot since 2021. This season shifts from last year's ripe, natural-like profile back to a classic Ethiopian style: juicy peach and honeysuckle with an unusually complex, refreshing aftertaste, roasted on the 2022-23 profiles.
