About this coffee

Yohana produces this coffee at Finca Bella Rosa, in Vereda La Cristalina, Pitalito, Huila, at 1,650 metres. She inherited the farm from her mother, Rosalba, and named it in her honor. Yohana has managed the farm for three years, growing 2,000 Pink Bourbon trees. Alongside farming, Yohana works as a coffee quality analyst at an independent lab in Pitalito, where she evaluates samples, roasts, and runs sensory analysis for producers across the region.
