Washed heirloom coffee from Assefa and Mulugeta Dukamo in Sidama, Ethiopia, roasted light for filter and pour-over. Jasmine florals, bright citrus and soft stone-fruit sweetness with a silky texture and refreshing finish. Source: dawnbird.coffee (roaster’s own copy).
