A rare, low-yield black-honey Sudan Rume from producer Julian Holguin Ramos in the highlands of Cauca, Colombia. Light roast for filter and pour-over: intense ripe berry and red fruits with a delicate floral lift and a silky, full body. Source: dawnbird.coffee (roaster’s own copy).
