About this coffee
A washed lot from the high-altitude village of Chelchele in Ethiopia’s Gedeb district, roasted light for filter and pour-over. Jasmine florals, zesty lime acidity and a soft, lingering ripe-peach sweetness. Source: dawnbird.coffee (roaster’s own copy).
