About this coffee
Drop has bought Hunkute for more than a decade. The cooperative in Dalle, Sidamo, runs two washing stations and pays its 2,149 members daily during harvest, plus a second payment once the coffee sells. This lot is from Site 2 at 2,150 m: an apricot and bergamot aroma, a light body with candied lemon peel, apricot and clementine, and a dry, Assam-tea finish. FOB paid: 4.95 USD/lb.
