About this coffee
Danche, bought by Negusse Debela's SNAP Specialty Coffee in 2019 after its Worka Chelbesa station reached capacity, serves about 800 smallholders at 2,000 to 2,300 m. SNAP is known for tiled fermentation tanks, precise fermentation times and controlled drying.
